The 360 peer review software works in the following fashion:
- An HR manager logs in and creates a profile for an employee by providing their name, email address and any other pertinent information (i.e., title). The HR manager can then select up to 20 individuals who can provide a peer evaluation by adding their name and addresses. Lastly a review close date is created by which the official report will be created.
- The system will automatically email each reviewer and solicit their feedback.
- The system will send out a reminder email to each reviewer if they have not yet filled out a review.
- Once all reviewers have finalized the review or if the close date has been reached, the system will produce a 360 evaluation report which can either be emailed to a manager or to review.
