The right candidate will possess a Bachelor’s Degree or comparable work experience.


This role involves:


  • Working with a group of project managers to track and help perform research tasks using the Internet and tools such as Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Report and presentation creation
  • Proofreading/Editing based on company guidelines
  • Participate in reviewing and organizing data from campaigns and advertising into reports
  • Assist in managing activities for events and projects based on timelines
  • Learn techniques and methods used in managing digital and traditional projects.


The position is designed to provide on the job training for candidate with the right skills. The candidate will be evaluated for 6 months for their compatibility with the position and may apply for the project management track at Media Genesis after 1 year of work in the role of Coordinator. The position is full time, salaried with benefits, paid vacation time, health insurance, co pay dental. Some flex time is available after 6 months in the position along with flexible work hours.
