Brad Frederick

Chief Executive Officer

Brad Frederick has a background in mechanical engineering and before founding MG in his basement in 1996, he was on the management team for EDS' General Motors account. In fact, he was the Program Manager and personally turned on the first GM.com website.

Antoine Dubeauclard


Antoine Dubeauclard oversees the creative department and studio at Media Genesis. He is an expert on internet and application development strategy and speaks and writes on technology. He started in programming, coding and building HTML content. Prior to working at MG, he also helped launch the largest non-governmental research database of digitalized microfilm data.

    John Torres

    Director of Operations & AI Strategy

    John is the Director of Operations for Media Genesis overseeing the development & creative teams. Working in conjunction with the designers and the project managers, John ensures the most efficient skill sets are available at key points of the ongoing project.

    John has extensive experience with complex application development, mobile apps, and a wide range of third-party web-based tools and technologies. John received his degree in political science from the University of Michigan and his Juris Doctorate from DePaul University.

    Director of Accounts & Technology

    Marissa has been with Media Genesis for more than 25 years, bringing her expertise in management, technical projects, and web applications to the Project Management team. From servers and hosting environments to Hubspot, Marissa is a jack-of-all-trades and embraces new challenges head-on.

    Name something in the web industry and she has tried her hand at it at least once. When not in the office, you can find Marissa enjoying time with her family and staying active outdoors.

    Director of Digital Business Strategy

    Jim has over 26 years of digital experience, becoming enamored with the web in 1996 as a college student at Wayne State in Detroit, MI. Jim has now been with the Media Genesis team for 15+ years. His current role is Director of Client Engagement & Strategy.

    Jim specializes in analytics, data visualization and digital advertising. Jim's passion is with helping clients find the narrative, the story to tell through their data. Jim plays a key role in projects helping through scope of work, budgeting, and onboarding as a liaison between the client and the project team.
