Ziebart, a global leader in automotive appearance and protection services, has trusted Media Genesis with its digital presence since 2019. Following the successful rebuild of its corporate and franchise websites, Ziebart turned to MG again in 2024—this time to overhaul the design and functionality of its Local Store Pages, which serve as the digital front door for 90 locations nationwide.

The Challenge

The existing template was outdated, cluttered, and difficult to customize at the store level. Franchisees needed more flexibility, better lead-gen features, and a mobile-first design that could compete with emerging local competitors. Ziebart corporate wanted a scalable, SEO-optimized solution that also supported the brand’s refreshed visual identity.

The Approach

Media Genesis collaborated with Ziebart’s internal team, refining their design mockups into a fully responsive, user-friendly, custom designed template that prioritized local visibility and conversion.

Design & Content Enhancements:

  • Integrated the updated Knight branding across the pages
  • Improved content structure and SEO based on keyword research
  • Introduced a streamlined “Request an Estimate” form for lead capture
  • Redesigned service listings with cross-links, videos, and SEO-friendly descriptions
  • Added optional coupons and social media links, including Instagram, per location
  • Displayed store hours, Google ratings, and service availability dynamically

 

Technical Implementation (Sitefinity 14):

  • Developed a modular MVC template and reusable widgets
  • Built custom location-based service/hours lookup tools
  • Integrated with Ziebart’s DMS and IBart databases for live store data
  • Implemented marketing tracking tools (Facebook/Meta, PPC, cookies, session tracking)
  • Conducted cleanup of outdated location URLs to prepare for relaunch
  • Ensured mobile optimization and responsive behavior across all devices

The redesigned Local Store Pages now deliver a modern, intuitive experience tailored to Ziebart’s diverse network of stores. Each location benefits from brand consistency while gaining the tools to stand out with local offers, real-time info, and compelling service content.
