In 2024, OE324 partnered with Media Genesis to simplify and secure access to its fringe benefit provider, Solxsys—reducing login friction while strengthening data protection.

The Challenge

Previously, users faced multiple login steps with separate credentials and limited support for mobile access—slowing down an already time-sensitive process. The Approach

Media Genesis implemented a streamlined authentication system that included:

• Single Sign-On (SSO) integration between OE324 and the Solxsys benefits platform
• Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) via SMS using Twilio, enhancing login security without creating user friction
• New registration workflow with secure, encrypted storage of member credentials
• Session timeout logic to protect member data and reinforce best practices

Now, once a member logs into OE324.org and completes the 2FA process, they can access their Solxsys account directly—without needing to log in again. This work complemented our previous SSO integration for OE324’s internal member services, creating a more unified and secure digital ecosystem.
