Media Genesis builds web site for one of Michigan’s largest nonprofitsJanuary 6th, 2009 |
(TROY, Mich.)— The Max M. & Marjorie S. Fisher Foundation learned that having several resources and support for those in need does not mean it automatically reaches its intended audience.
The Max M. Fisher partnered with Media Genesis, a Troy web-development company, to bring his life-long mission to the web.
The M & M Fisher Foundation strives to strengthen communities and Jewish issues by promoting education, the arts, preservation of ancient and modern culture, and providing safe environments. In Detroit, the foundation donated $60 million Max. M. Fisher Music Center, which is home for the Detroit Symphony Orchestra.
Media Genesis built a web site for the foundation that was user friendly. The site contained multiple areas of useful information such as grant applications, financial disclosure, a Flash piece about the foundation’s impact areas, and the legacy of its founder, Max M. Fisher, who has received more than 50 awards including the Presidential Citizens Award, and sits on various boards including Detroit Institute of Arts, Detroit Chamber of Commerce, and United Way of Southeastern Michigan.
Media Genesis is one of the largest independent web development companies in Michigan, offering a host of services from web sites, to web courses, to online marketing. For more information, please visit mediag.com or www.DigitalHelpingHands.com for information on their work with nonprofits.
