The Detroit Symphony Orchestra (DSO) uses Tessitura for patron management, ticketing operations at box office, donations, and gift card sales. The system runs in-house at the DSO, and MG has utilized the Tessitura-built APIs within the DSO website. This allows for a fully-integrated online ticketing and purchase process with a custom-built shopping cart for both single and season tickets.
MG also integrated the donation, parking, and gift card purchase functionality within the shopping process. Finally, using the Tessitura API, MG was able to develop a fully online patron registration / login system which was built into the website.
