Bayer Pharmaceuticals

Bayer Pharmaceuticals came to Media Genesis in need of an eLearning program for their technician operators. Media Genesis helped to create a highly specialized program that could be utilized for training a variety of different staff members, including operations personnel, support functions personnel, and future bioreactor operators.

Much of the content in the Bayer e-learning course needed to be animation-based. These animations were created by the MG design team and showed the chemical process with corresponding text for an interactive design for the user. Media Genesis used Lectora’s capabilities and features to allow the text to appear at key points in the animation and voiceover. This text was then required to be clicked or completed correctly for the user to continue in the program.
