Media Genesis transitioned Lifestyle Matters to a more flexible content management system (CMS) to better meet their eCommerce needs. MG rebuilt the Lifestyle Matters website and eCommerce platform, incorporating the ability to track transactions, receive notifications, and function with PayPal.
Media Genesis set up a PayPal shopping cart to integrate with the Principles of Hope website. This provided the eCommerce functionality needed for donations and product purchasing.
SEE Eyewear came to Media Genesis in need of integrated eCommerce functionality for their website. MG built a custom Sitefinity cart with multiple enhancements such as integration with UPS, a custom API to export sales data, and a custom order fulfillment page. Users have the ability to sort products by style, color, add frames to a wish list, and more.
Acromag needed a site redesign with updated eCommerce functionality. MG integrated this solution into the site’s existing Drupal CMS and incorporated user accounts, allowing users to review their account preferences and view their order history. MG also integrated PayPal payment, a shipping management system, and encryption validation.
Media Genesis helped the Detroit Symphony Orchestra rebuild their digital media presence with improved ecommerce functionality on their website; this included online purchasing and check-out processes. Users are able to purchase subscriptions, single tickets, donations, merchandise, and more. Ticket registration was incorporated using Tessitura.
The Detroit Institute of Arts needed help with the creation of promotional and print collateral, so they came to Media Genesis. MG design posters, invitation cards, and handouts for the “Night of Contemporary Art” event. We also redesigned the registration and ticketing web page based on a pre-existing WordPress template.
The urban clothing company Pelle Pelle came to Media Genesis for assistance with a website analysis and eCommerce functionality. MG incorporated an eCommerce plugin in the website which integrated with PayPal. The eCommerce platform was designed to stylistically match with the rest of the website and include image-based elements.
Monty’s Beef Company needed e-commerce functionality for their website so customers can order select meats from home. Media Genesis identified, integrated, and styled a WordPress plugin to make this possible. MG also assisted with content population for the online store and integrated QuickBooks for administrative tracking.
Media Genesis research and suggested third-party eCommerce tools to integrate into Troy Racquet Club’s existing website. MG implemented the selected platform, allowing users to purchase memberships and pay for court reservations online. The MG team designed the eCommerce platform to match the branding of the rest of the website.
The Horse Show World website needed improved functionality, including different membership levels for paid and free accounts. They also needed to integrate “Horse Show Bucks” into the website – a virtual currency that members could use on their platform. Media Genesis wrote custom code to allow for various payment methods and allow purchases directly from the website.
Media Genesis researched, identified, and implement the ideal e-commerce solution for Cheap Fast Gloves’ online store. Media Genesis programmed the storefront to function, set up a secure email for purchase orders, and retouched product photos among other tasks.
Atwater Brewery wanted a better way to connect to their audience and came to Media Genesis in order to improve their website’s usability. Media Genesis consulted, designed, built, and programmed the Atwater website. In addition, we created an online store in which users can purchase merchandise. This included setting up a WooCommerce plugin for the online store.
Cranbrook Art Museum needed a new website capable of housing their large database of content as well as a new online store. Media Genesis implemented e-commerce functionality and integrated the online gift shop with Cranbrook’s inventory system, making it possible for people to donate or purchase everything from art books to museum tickets.
Automotive Hall of Fame needed a new website with purchase functionality so visitors could buy tickets and memberships online. Media Genesis created a ticket-purchasing page and implemented a custom e-commerce solution to allow for membership payments. MG also wrote a custom API to communicate between the website and the Chase Paymentech payment solution.
A Touch of Lace wanted to establish a web presence in order to make their products more accessible to fine-linen buyers. To help them with this, Media Genesis implemented a new online shopping cart module, added custom Featured Product illustrations, and created search functionality that allows users to browse the Touch of Lace catalog by category.
Toggled developed a simplified ordering process and extended warranty registration process to strengthen B2B and B2C connections. In 2018, Toggled moved onto the Shopify platform which allowed for a streamlined approach to selling their products direct to consumers. Media Genesis supported the initial build, Shopify setup, and site launch.
SaveOn wanted an eCommerce solution in conjunction with their main website’s coupons and deals to allow their customers to purchase gift certificates for less. Media Genesis built a custom eCommerce site from scratch that allowed users to purchase half-off gift certificates for restaurants and experiences in their area.
