Media Genesis partnered with Fiat Chrysler Automotive to design and build more than 1,000 courses in a variety of languages. These courses outlined platforms including Flash and Articulate Storyline 2. The courses MG developed received high marks from participants with 96% of responders reporting that the training would improve job performance.
Dodge came to Media Genesis in need of a bold and interactive web course to introduce the Dodge Avenger to its dealership sales consultants. Media Genesis developed a SCORM-compliant course that used interactive learning routines to enhance the sales consultants’ selling techniques and understanding of the vehicle’s distinguishing features.
Media Genesis built a web course for Dodge in order to introduce the all-new Dodge Journey to their North American and international sales consultants. This 40-minute course contained 20 individual Sharable Content Objects (SCOs). We worked closely with marketing managers to translate the web course into English, German, Dutch, French, Spanish, and Russian.
Jeep needed an interactive course to introduce and train dealership sales consultants on the new Jeep Liberty. The interactive course design included embossing on the background layer to match Jeep branding. The course featured highly interactive learning routines with three-minute drills and selling exercises. The courses generated online reports that tracked who completed training.
Mazda needed a series of courses that explained common vehicle technologies to operations and sales consultants. These courses needed to highlight key features and service considerations for Mazda vehicles. Media Genesis developed a 20-course library as well as individual courses focused on specific Mazda vehicle features. MG designed, developed, and programmed these courses in 90 days.
General Motors approached Media Genesis to re-engineer the user experience of their internal Learning Management System (LMS). The new LMS needed to work within the existing Graphical User Interface to simplify overall navigation and update the employee training site. MG designed and developed a user-centric platform that was both function-sensitive and capable of handling language variations.
Nissan North America needed a web-based training course for the Nissan Leaf and electric vehicle technologies. Media Genesis developed a SCORM-based eLearning course with complete navigation control and custom sizing, layout, and styling. The final curriculum was comprised of 8-10 modules with an average time of approximately 10 minutes per module.
Dunkin’ Donuts came to Media Genesis in need of videos to teach employees about coffee-making while matching the Dunkin’ Donuts voice and branding. Media Genesis was responsible for talent management and managing the video shoot, studio equipment prep, lighting, and sound. MG developed custom graphics and interactive animations, and completed all video editing.
Bayer needed an eLearning program for technician operators who work a complex science tool called the Bioreactor. Media Genesis outlined course content and wrote the script in addition to producing voiceovers, an animation storyboard, and a style guide. The Lectora course was completed with 2D animations, informational graphical assets, and click-to-reveal information.
Commercial Contracting Corporation (CCC) needed a way for new employees to effectively learn the corporation’s acceptable behaviors and practices. A 7-minute video was created to welcome new employees and explain company policy. Media Genesis designed a custom, construction-themed state and recorded and edited the video.
Arcadia needed an orientation video that helped employees better navigate the company’s resources. The video had to demonstrate who Arcadia is, what they do, and where they’re going in the future. Media Genesis wrote the script for the module, cast the talent, and designed a web course that simulated being on a plane.

In need of a web course to teach employees about the company’s mission and commitments, Yazaki came to Media Genesis to design an e-learning course on the topics of environmental preservation and protection, sustainability, and being an agent in charge of preserving the earth. MG developed a learner-centric experience.
Honda came to Media Genesis for improvements on their on-the-go mobile app used by sales representatives. MG developed and implemented a new training module called Win-Win Negotiating. MG developers also ensured that the app worked properly on both Android and iOS.
Automotive Manufacturer Kia and Apex partnered with Media Genesis to develop “Maximizing Service Smarts Effectiveness,” a course that teaches Kia dealer staff on knowing their market, how to retain customers longer, and how to increase service retention.
